Welcome everyone to the 12th Man blog! This blog will serve as an extension of what is going on in the world of sports and what is happening on the 12th Man podcast. Over the next few weeks, we will cover anything and everything fantasy sports! Why you would want someone on your team, some hot takes on the sports world, and how looking at the stats of a player or the players you are in charge of may affect your viewership of watching games themselves. This week on my podcast, I sat down and introduced myself to the viewers and explained who I was and what my purpose of the 12th Man Podcast is going to be about. This week I allowed the listeners to get a feel of what the podcast is going to be like and learning my stance on some hot topics around the sports world. One of the topics that I introduced to my audience was the upcoming Super Bowl that is coming up on February 7th, 2021, at 6:30 on CBS. This Super Bowl is going to be Tom Brady’s 10th Super Bowl, but his first with his new team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tom Brady will be forever cemented as one of the greatest athletes of all time and might have secured his status as the greatest quarterback of a few Super Bowl wins ago. For someone who is going after his 7th Super Bowl win this Sunday, which is two more than any other player in NFL history, he has no signs of slowing down. On the other side of the coin, we have a young 25 year old named Patrick Mahomes; he has taken the league by storm, he has taken the reigns of the Chiefs franchise and what seems to be built it from the ground up. Going for his 2nd Super Bowl win in just as many years, he was the youngest quarterback ever to win a Super Bowl that happened last year. Patrick Mahomes is already drawing interest from analysts all around the football world as the heir to the throne for Mr. Brady. When it comes to fantasy football, how could you not want these players on your fantasy team? How could you not want two of the greatest players in football on your fantasy team? As we get deeper into the podcast, we will further discuss how all of these factors affect fantasy sports and how they might affect the games’ viewership if it does or if it doesn’t.
Here is a question for you, no matter the sport, who do you think the is greatest athlete of all time and why? I might even have a featured debate about that topic later in the podcast.

What did you think about the game? Is Brady the greatest?
